Vertical mixers can be sealed with ordinary lip shaped skeleton oil seals or mechanical seals according to different working conditions. When double end mechanical seals are used, the dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seal are lubricated and cooled by flame-retardant and weather resistant lubricating oil in a closed sealed oil chamber, which can effectively and reliably seal the gas, even in harsh environmental conditions such as severe cold or sandstorms.
The main shaft of the driving device is connected to the mixing shaft through a coupling, and the mixing shafts are all connected by flange connection. The mixing shaft is supported by double row angular contact thrust ball bearings and sliding bearings, which have sufficient strength and stiffness, and high stability. Sliding bearings are lubricated by grease in the oil chamber, ensuring long-term reliable operation of the equipment.
